What is different this year

- The organiser now brings AI experts into the audience and puts AI and energy together.
6 things to watch out for as an exhibitor
1. Check the opening time on day one
The official site listed 07:30 for the first day, while the 2026 FAQ gave 10:00 to 17:00. Confirm the hours, because early VIP tours can pass your stand before the public opens.
2. Two approvals for your design
At ADNEC, stand drawings go first to the organiser and then to ADNEC. At a 2026 ADNEC show, the inspection fee was AED 155 for space-only, AED 200 for complex and AED 220 for double-deck stands, plus 5% VAT.
3. Security is high
Heads of state attend, so expect road closures and extra checks at the gates. Allow extra time to get in, for your staff and your guests.
4. Buyers meet by appointment
The Buyers' Programme had 600+ pre-qualified buyers in 2026 and set up more than 3,500 meetings. Register for it before the show.
5. Tell guests which car park to use
Car Park A is near the Aloft hotel, with its entrance on President Joko Widodo Street. Car Park B is near Andaz Capital Gate, with its entrance on Al Multaqa Street.
6. Bring project references
The organiser says the show supports an estimated US$10 billion of active projects that need technology. Case studies from real projects get more attention than product sheets.

- IRENA and the EU Hydrogen Council hold their own summits inside the show.

- ADNEC is about 15 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport. Bus 040 serves ADNEC every day, and TransAD taxis can be booked on 600 53 53 53.
