What is different this year
- MEBAA Show 2026 runs from 8 to 10 December at the Dubai Airshow site, DWC, Dubai South. The show runs every two years.

6 things to watch out for as an exhibitor
1. Every person needs an ID check
Registration asks for a colour passport photo and a passport copy. UAE residents must also give their Emirates ID and visa copy. Register build crew and staff early, because late names can be refused.
2. Double-decks follow a strict code
The maximum height is 6 m, and any part above 4 m needs structural calculations. The design must use a 135 km/h wind speed and a live load of 4.79 kN/m². Floor anchoring is not allowed.
3. Upper decks have minimum sizes
The upper deck must be at least 25 m² and set back 1 m from a neighbouring stand. All double-decks count as complex structures, and you book and pay for them through your account manager.
4. You fit your own chalet
Single and double-storey chalets face the static display, and you fit them with a contractor you choose. At Dubai Airshow 2025, which used the same portal, a late design cost US$250 and each double-storey chalet needed a US$5,500 deposit.
5. Static display space is limited
The organiser asks exhibitors to book static display space early. Aircraft confirmed late get weaker positions.
6. Cleaning comes from one provider
Stand cleaning costs US$4 per m² per day through the official provider. Outside cleaners are not allowed, so put it in your budget.

- Confirmed exhibitors include Bombardier, Dassault Aviation, Jet Aviation, Harrods Aviation, Universal Aviation, AEG Fuels and Lufthansa Technik.
- UAE exhibitors include Gama Aviation, Falcon Aviation and RoyalJet.
- Confirmed sponsors include Jetex, the Registry of Aruba and DC Aviation.
- The Operators Programme sets up meetings with aircraft operators, who are the main buyers.
The venue and the city that week
- The Dubai Airshow site is at DWC, Dubai South, next to Expo City. GITEX opens at Expo City on 8 December, so the roads in Dubai South will be heavy.
- Visitor hours are 10:00 to 17:00.
- National Day on 2 and 3 December falls in your build week.
