6 things to watch out for as an exhibitor
1. Heights change by hall
The base construction height is 2.5 m and the maximum is 6 m, but the limit changes by hall and stand position. Any wall above 2.5 m that faces a neighbour must be smooth and white. Branding must stay at least 1 m back from the next stand.
2. Double-decks only in some halls
Two-level stands are allowed only in certain halls, and they cost an extra US$100 per m². Space-only stands, double-decks and outdoor areas all need approval from the organiser's operations team.
3. Prime space costs more
Raw space starts at US$565 per m². Space on the concourse in front of the main entrances of Halls 1 to 8 costs US$720 per m².
4. Demos, drones and weapons need early approval
The organiser has not published rules for drones, fire demos or weapons on display. Send your demo plan in writing to ops-intersec@uae.messefrankfurt.com, and allow time for any permits from the authorities.
5. Your stand size gives free visitor passes
Stands up to 50 m² get 30 free visitor vouchers, stands of 51 to 100 m² get 50, and stands over 100 m² get 100. Send them to your buyers early.
6. Aisles close on the last build day
Aisle carpet goes down from 15:00 on the last set-up day, and the aisles must be clear from then. The online exhibitor search shows your neighbours from November, so check them before you finish your graphics.
