Breakbulk Middle East 2027 show floor

This guide covers what exhibitors need to know about Breakbulk Middle East 2027. Breakbulk shares DWTC with MRO Middle East on 2 and 3 February, during the World Governments Summit.

Breakbulk Middle East in numbers

  • 13,000+ industry professionals in 2026
  • 270 exhibitors in 2026
  • 400+ global shippers in 2026
  • 125+ countries in 2026

What is different this year

  • Breakbulk Middle East 2027 runs from 2 to 3 February at DWTC, in Halls 5, 6, 7 and 8 and the Pavilion.
  • The Global Shipper Programme now covers all four Breakbulk shows with one free all-access pass. Shippers still register for each show.
  • The show has new tracks for Rail Transport, Marine, Offshore and Subsea, and Military and Defence.

6 things to watch out for as an exhibitor

1. Shippers come through one programme

The Global Shipper Programme is only for senior cargo owners, such as EPCs, manufacturers and oil and gas companies. Freight forwarders and logistics firms do not qualify and must buy a visitor pass.

2. Shipper meetings are booked in the app

Programme members use the official event app to see who attends and to book meetings with exhibitors. Complete your team profiles before registration opens.

3. Meet shippers in their lounge

Shippers can host outside guests in the Global Shipper Lounge, in open seating or in private meeting pods. Ask your shipper contacts to book a pod for you.

4. The show has only two short days

The hours are 10:00 to 18:00 on Tuesday 2 February and 10:00 to 17:00 on Wednesday 3 February. There is no third day to catch up.

5. Two freight-heavy shows build at once

MRO Middle East builds at DWTC in the same days. Every crew member needs a digital pass from the DWTC Contractor+ Portal, and every chain hoist needs a valid test certificate under Dubai Municipality rules.

6. Ramadan starts soon after

Ramadan is expected to start on 8 February 2027. Book your follow-up meetings for the first days after the show.

Who else will be there

  • Shippers in 2026 included Air Liquide, Bechtel, China Petroleum, Envision Energy, Hitachi Energy, Siemens Energy, Shell and Tata Steel.
