What is different this year
- World of Coffee Dubai 2027 runs from 26 to 28 January at DWTC. It is the sixth edition.
- In 2026 the show used Za'abeel Halls 1, 4, 5 and 6, its largest space so far.
- DXB LIVE and the Specialty Coffee Association have renewed their partnership until 2031.
6 things to watch out for as an exhibitor
1. Sampling needs a permit
Dubai Municipality's Food Activity at Events permit costs AED 160. You must apply at least 3 working days before the event.
2. Hot food has a temperature rule
Dubai Municipality says hot food must stay above 60°C. Food bought in the UAE must come from licensed suppliers.
3. Selling needs its own permit
A stall that sells food or drink needs a food permit at least one week before the event.
4. Espresso machines need three utilities
Each machine needs power, water and drainage. Order all three with your stand plan, because they are hard to add on site.
5. Space sells out early
50% of the 2027 space was booked during the 2026 show, and 90% of exhibitors said they plan to return.
6. WHX shares DWTC
WHX runs its Labs, Pharma and Wellness zones at DWTC from 25 to 28 January. Expect busy loading bays and car parks.
Who else will be there
- In 2026, 77% of exhibitors were international and 41% were exhibiting for the first time.
- In 2026, 83% of visitors were industry professionals, and 68% were decision makers or purchasing managers.
- Features include cupping rooms and a roaster village.

- DWTC is next to World Trade Centre Metro Station on the Red Line.
- IDEX runs in Abu Dhabi from 25 to 29 January, so crews and trucks are busy across both cities.
