This guide covers what exhibitors need to know about WHX Dubai 2027. World Health Expo splits its zones across two venues and adds new zones. It is the last January edition before the show moves to March in 2028.

What is different this year
- WHX runs from 25 to 28 January 2027 at Dubai Exhibition Centre (Expo City) and at DWTC.
- The laboratory show is now part of WHX, at DWTC. New Pharma and Biotech and Wellness and Longevity zones are also at DWTC.
- The 2028 edition moves to 20 to 23 March 2028.
6 things to watch out for as an exhibitor
1. Know which venue your zone is in
Dubai Exhibition Centre has the International Halls, Imaging and Diagnostics, Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation, General Services and IT, and Infrastructure. DWTC has Labs, Wellness and Longevity, Pharma and Biotech, and Disposables and Consumables. Medical Equipment and Devices is in both, so print the venue name on every invitation.
2. Unregistered devices are for display only
The Emirates Drug Establishment exhibition permit costs AED 100 plus AED 1,000 and takes 1 working day. The device cannot be sold, used or given away in the UAE. The WHX exhibitor FAQ does not cover this rule, so plan it with your UAE importer.
3. No shuttle between venues has been announced
The standard ticket covers the exhibition in both venues, but the organiser has not announced a shuttle. Plan transport for your staff and guests yourself.
4. Day one opens late and day four closes early
The hours are 11:00 to 18:00 on 25 January, 10:00 to 18:00 on 26 and 27 January, and 10:00 to 17:00 on 28 January.
5. Attendee lists for sale are fake
WHX says it never sells or gives attendee data to third parties. Any company that offers you a WHX attendee list is not genuine.
6. Budget for customs
Dubai Customs charges 5% of the CIF value on exhibition goods, unless you use an ATA Carnet. The organiser must give you a letter of participation and a detailed list of goods for temporary entry.

The venue and the city that week
- WHX Tech runs from 26 to 28 January, and the invitation-only WHX Leaders runs on 26 January, both at DWTC.
- World of Coffee also runs at DWTC from 26 to 28 January, so loading bays and parking are busy.
- IDEX runs in Abu Dhabi from 25 to 29 January, so crews and freight forwarders are stretched.
