What is different this year
- ADFW 2026 runs from 7 to 10 December on Al Maryah Island, the home of ADGM. The organiser says the programme grows to 75 events on 8 stages.
- Each day has one theme. Day 1 is global markets, Day 2 is asset management and wealth, Day 3 is AI, fintech and digital assets, and Day 4 is sustainable finance.
- New partners include the IMF, the European Union, the Arab Monetary Fund and the Atlantic Council.
6 things to watch out for as an exhibitor
1. Your space comes with a partner tier
ADFW is a partner event, not a stand hall. It had more than 69 partners in 2025, with ADQ as Headline Partner and Hanwha as Strategic Partner. Get in writing what space and branding your tier includes.
2. Match your activation to the day
Each of the four days has a different audience. A fintech brand finds its buyers on Day 3, and a sustainability brand on Day 4.
3. Your build falls on a holiday weekend
National Day is on 2 and 3 December, and the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix runs from 3 to 6 December. Confirm crews, permits and deliveries before the holiday starts.
4. Abu Dhabi hotels are full that weekend
Formula 1 fills hotels and car hire around Yas Island. Book rooms for 5 to 10 December now.
5. The audience is global
More than 30% of 2025 attendees came from outside the UAE. Prepare material for international investors, not only for local banks.
6. Venue logistics are not public
ADGM does not publish load-in times, access routes or parking for ADFW. Ask the ADFW team for the venue plan in writing before you design.
Who else will be there
- More than 300 CEOs and chairmen are confirmed for 2026. The organiser says they represent more than US$61 trillion in assets.
- Confirmed speakers include the UAE Minister of Foreign Trade and the CEOs of ALTÉRRA, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and Etihad.
- ADQ was the 2025 Headline Partner, and Hanwha was the Strategic Partner.
- Other financial firms host side events in the same week and compete for the same guests.
The venue and the city that week
- The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix runs from 3 to 6 December at Yas Marina Circuit.
- GITEX and MEBAA open in Dubai on 8 December. Some guests will split the week between the two cities.
- Abu Dhabi holds more than US$1.8 trillion in sovereign wealth assets, according to Invest Abu Dhabi.
